DAY
1 INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVAL IN LIMA
Reception at Jorge Chavez airport and transfer to your Hotel. Overnight.
Day 2: - LIMA
Breakfast. Tour of Colonial Lima: This tour includes visits to the
Cathedral, Main Square, San Francisco Convent and its Catacombs, the old
Rimac Quarter, the Descalzos Convent, the Acho Bullring, and the
Inquisition Court. Visit to the Larco Herrera Museum, a private
collection devoted to pre-Columbian handicrafts; more than 45,000
ceramic pieces, including the famous erotic ceramics, textiles, jewelry
and carved stones. Transfer to your hotel Overnight.
Day 3: - CUSCO
Early morning transfer to The airport to take your flight to Cusco.
Reception at airport and transfer to hotel. Morning at leisure to adapt
to the altitude. In the afternoon, guided visit of the four ruins
nearby, the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, overlooking the city of Cusco, a pre
Inca architectural masterpiece; Kenko, a rock sanctuary whose main
attraction is a monolithic altar representing a puma, the red Fortress
of Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay, a beautiful fountain fed by a spring
forming a series of basins continue to the city of Cusco: the Main
Square, the Cathedral and the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 4: SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to rail station, departure by train to
Aguas Calientes, at the foot of the Machu Picchu ruins. Minibus up
to the ruins and guided visit of Machu Picchu, which is totally built of
stone blocks, fitted with masterful precision. This fabulous city has
houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square, all connected by
narrow roads and steps, and is surrounded by terraces cut into the
mountain side which were used for agriculture. Lunch included. Transfer
to your Hotel and overnight.
DAY 5: MACHU PICCHU- CUSCO
After a magical, relaxing night at this unique top of the world site, a
warm breakfast. Free time in the morning to visit again, at your one
pace, the citadel of Machu Picchu (admission and transport
included). In the afternoon, take the train to return to the city of
Cusco. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight
Day 6: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast
at the hotel. Full day excursion to Urubamba the Sacred Valley of the
Incas and Pisac Market. Visit the village of Pisac, founded during
Colonial times, set at the foot of a hill crowned by the remains of an
Inca city. Everyday in the main square, Indians barter their products
and artisans from all over the area sell their woven alpaca wool
blankets and ponchos, engraved gourds, antique reproductions, jewlery,
etc. On Sundays it is also the meeting place for Mayors from all the
villages in the region, dressed in their traditional costumes to attend
morning mass. After lunch visit to Ollantaytambo. Return to Cusco.

Day 7: Day on your own to explore Cusco
Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: - CUSCO - LIMA- HOME
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima.
Depending on the hour of your return flight this day you may take an
optional guided shopping tour. Transfer to the airport for your
international flight.
